Meet Our Registered Manager – Tomy Sabastan
Tomy Sabastan is our Registered Manager and a qualified Lead Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working across Children's and Adult Social Care services within various Local Authorities across the UK. Throughout his career, he has held a range of senior leadership positions, developing extensive expertise in safeguarding, multi-agency partnership working, workforce training, and service development.
Under Tomy's leadership, our Children's Home is committed to providing safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that places the needs and wellbeing of every child at the heart of everything we do. His compassionate leadership, professional knowledge, and child-centred approach foster a positive, supportive environment where children feel valued, protected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Together with a dedicated and experienced team, Tomy ensures that every child receives the care, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive in a secure, stable, and caring home.
